- Is the TeamRaiser event active and in a status of Accepting Gifts and Registrations or Accepting Gifts Only?
- Is the participant's registration active?
- According to the gifts listed for that participant, do the amounts total to enough to reach a milestone?
- Are the gifts confirmed?
- Are the gifts accurately soft credited to the correct participant?
- *When running a milestone recipient report, does the participant appear in the results having been assigned the donation?
If you answered "yes" to all of those questions, except the report results*, then here is a helpful troubleshooting tip.
- Next to the transaction record on the donor's profile (Constituent360 > Constituent Record > Transactions tab), click Remove Soft Credit.
- Once the soft credit is removed, click Add Soft Credit, and apply to the same participant once more.
