Primary phone numbers entered on the household constituent record does not appear on the individual member’s constituent record as primary.

When adding contact information for constituents that belong to a household, CRM users have the option to flag the phone number as primary and copy the phone number to household members. Users may notice that a phone number flagged as primary on the household record is added to the household member’s individual constituent records, but does not appear as the primary phone number on those records. Users expect the shared phone number to appear as the primary number if the individual did not previously have a primary phone number.
