Apply to commitments window in enhance revenue batch does not display matching gift claim commitments when working in ClickOnce

When working in ClickOnce, a user may notice that matching gift claims do not display in the Apply to commitments window.  In this instance, the Constituent and Constituent LookupIDs are being defaulted into the batch. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Workaround:  Use WebShell
