Users may experience an issue when creating/generating an EFT transmission file. The file may hang and does not produce authorization or rejection codes in the batch. When trying to access the batch users may receive a prompt with the following message: Error: The batch requested an answer file from your payment processor. Do you want to retrieve the file at this time? Depending the number of gifts in the batch, your wait can be lengthy. After clicking yes and waiting the transactions are not processed.
