I tested the reset password autoresponder and the link in the email brings me to "This site can't be reached. Page unavailable" message.
This happens when administrators enter their username and email address when testing the link. The reset password autoresponder does not work for administrators. The only way to reset an administrators password is by having another administrator at your organization send you the reset password link in Constituent360. If you would like to test the reset password autoresponder, then you'll want to create a demo constituent and try it with their information.
