I tested the reset password autoresponder and the link in the email brings me to "This site can't be reached. Page unavailable" message.
This happens when administrators enter their username and email address when testing the link. The reset password autoresponder does not work for administrators. To reset an administrator password refer to I need to reset my Luminate Online admin password. If you would like to test the reset password autoresponder, you'll want to create a demo constituent and try it with their information.
