If your Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) account has multiple user accounts in the same BBMS Web Portal and each user account has enrolled in Email Notifications with the same email addresses, multiple email notifications will be sent. 
My User Settings are unique to each user account.
 
To resolve:
  1. Log into the Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) Web Portal with the Administrator login or each respective user account
  2. Click the drop down menu next to Welcome
  3. Select Email notifications
  4. Click the ellipses next to each notification > Edit
  5. Click the trash icon to remove each user email if the user account already has email notifications set under their login
  6. Click Save
Additional Options to remove users that are no longer with the organization:
  1. Log into the Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) Web Portal with an Administrator login
  2. Click Account Management > Users
Remove any users that are not active
  1. Click the ellipses next to the user account
  2. Click Delete
  3. Click Delete user to confirm the selection
