Email links are constructed using the Primary Site URL that has been defined, and this can occur if the Primary Site URL defined within NetCommunity is not correct.
To verify that the NetCommunity Site URL is correct:
  1. Log into NetCommunity as an administrative user
  2. Click Administration > Sites and Settings
  3. Select the NetCommunity site you are working in from the menu on the left hand side
  4. In the section labeled "General", you will see a Primary Site URL field.  Ensure that this matches your NetCommunity website address, and if it does not, enter in the correct URL using http://
  5. Click the Save button at the top of the page
