BBIS\ Profile update form does not show all email types under privacy options.

 The email profile update form does not show all of the email types under the private options in the editor.
To show the private options for the email address types you need to first add the type to the phone mappings under Administration -> Sites & Settings. These need to be added as additional phone types.

If you have added the email types under Administration -> Sites & Settings and they still are not appearing in the form editor under privacy options you will need to close your browser and clear your browser cache.
