In some email clients, your NetCommunity, Internet Solutions, Online Express or Altru emails may appear with an additional line after the sending domain, which reads: "Via [NetCommunity domain]" or "Via [siteid]".  This can be resolved by adding a DKIM Signature to your email. Additionally, a DKIM signature can be created for eTapestry Advanced Bulk Emails. For the latest and most accurate information regarding DKIM, please visit our email resource center:

To implement this: Click Chat with Support and reference this article. Please be prepared to share the following information with Support:
  • Domain name for the email to be signed as "from" i.e.
  • Site ID
Once the above information is received, DKIM will be enabled for your organization.  A file with an extension of .pub will be sent to you.  This file needs to be published through your DNS Provider (GoDaddy, NetworkSolutions, Active Domain, etc.).  Blackbaud cannot assist with publishing the DKIM signature file with your DNS Provider.  If you need assistance, please work directly with your DNS Provider to publish the file.

Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for DNS changes to propagate through the entire internet.
Note: DKIM signatures for eTapestry can only be created for Advanced Email Messages. eTapestry Basic Email Messages are not currently compatible with DKIM.
