Constituents should receive a default Luminate autoresponder for all transactions. If they do not receive the autoresponder for some reason and need the data from the autoresponder, you can pull the same information from the interaction on their constituent record following these steps:
  1. Go to Constituent360 -> Constituents.
  2. Find the constituent and view their profile
  3. Go to the interactions tab and find the transaction.
  4. Click on the link under the Subject Line column header for that transaction
  5. Use this data to generate what the client needs.
If you have receipt manager, you can use these steps to regenerate the PDF receipt.
