The Interaction Mode for the donation form that is used for the campaign must to set to online/offline or offline in order for the campaign to appear in the Enter a new gift or pledge drop down list. To do this:
  1. Go to Fundraising > Donation Management.
  2. Find the target campaign and click Manage in the Actions column.
  3. Find the donation form that the campaign is using and click Edit in the Actions column.
  4. Scroll down to number 6 of the form for Interaction Mode and select online/offline or offline.
  5. Click Save.

Access a constituent profile to verify that the campaign is now in the drop down list.
