Non-English characters turn into question marks when exporting forms

BBNC Forms allows user to input Non-English characters, however, Non-English characters turn into question marks when exporting the form data. For example, Chinese and Japanese characters will turn into question marks in the exported CSV file.
This is resolved in the latest version of NetCommunity. If this behavior is persistent, please confirm you’re on the latest version of NetCommunity.
