Revenue records are not picked up by the Tribute Acknowledgement process if the tributee is marked deceased

The Tribute Acknowledgment process can be used to send acknowledgement letters to acknowledgees defined on a tribute record when a donor gives a gift to the tribute. CRM users may notice that revenue records are not picked up by the Tribute Acknowledgment process after the tributee is marked deceased. This is problematic when the tribute is setup in memory of someone who has passed away.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

Alternative Solutions:
1.      Temporarily mark the tributee as active (remove the deceased flag) and run the Tribute Acknowledgment process as normal.
2.      Use an export definition/export process to pull the fields needed to merge acknowledgement letters for the tribute acknowledgees.
