If the additional partial reversal is associated with the additional donation made at the time of registration:
  1. Navigate to Communities>Forms>Registration
  2. Hover over the registration form name and select Bookkeeping
  3. Select Manage Initiative Records
  4. Search for the participant and select Edit next to their name
  5. Select the Delete Record From Initiative tab
  6. Under Reversal Amount column, enter the partial reversal amount
  7. Click Update Totals
  8. Enter a Description
  9. Click Submit Reversal
Note: You can submit more than one reversal for the payment up to the original transaction amount.


If the additional partial reversal is associated with the original registration fee:
Only one reversal can be performed for this transaction type.
