Issue Number and Valid From are fields specific to the card type Maestro. Maestro is only supported when processing through an account where the funds will be disbursed in Euros.  When processing any supported card type other than Maestro (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express), these fields should be left blank.

To remove Maestro (for U.S. and Canadian clients):
  1. Log into the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal: https://bbms.blackbaud.com/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f
  2. Click Account Management > Account configurations
  3. Click the ellipses on the Blackbaud Merchant Services account
  4. Click Edit
  5. From the supported credit card type fields, remove the checkmark on Maestro
  6. Click Save
