'Send Mail' on preferred addresses and 'Requests no Email' options unmarking from constituent updates in the Luminate Online Plug in for The Raiser's Edge

When processing constituent updates in the Luminate Online Management plugin, the options for 'Send Mail' on the preferred address and 'Requests no Email' are incorrectly unmarking or marking these options on the Raiser's Edge constituent record.
This issue can commonly seem to be occurring based on the difference in checkboxes between the Raiser's Edge and Luminate Online.

For Email preferences:
In The Raiser's Edge, to indicate that a constituent does not want to receive Email, the "Requests No Email" checkbox is marked (indicating a YES value).
In Luminate Online, to indicate that a constituent does not want to receive Email, the "Accepts Email" checkbox is NOT marked (indicating a NO value).

If a constituent in Luminate Online has the "Accepts Email" checkbox NOT marked, indicating that they do not wish to receive Email, this will flow to The Raiser's Edge as a YES value in the "Requests No Email" checkbox.
If a constituent in Luminate Online has the "Accepts Email" checkbox marked, indicating that they do wish to receive Email, this will flow to The Raiser's Edge as a NO value in the "Requests No Email" checkbox.

For Mail preferences:
In The Raiser's Edge, to indicate if a constituent should receive Mail, the record's address would have the "Send Mail to this Address" checkbox marked.
In Luminate Online, to indicate if a constituent should receive Mail, the record would have the "Accepts Mail" checkbox marked.

If it appears that the plug in is unmarking or marking "Send Mail to this Address" incorrectly, check the constituent's "Accept Mail" checkbox in Luminate Online. Sometimes, it's possible that a donation form or registration in Luminate Online does not specifically list Mailing preferences as an option for donors to select. If there is no option for donors to explicitly opt in to Mail, then Luminate Online will automatically leave the "Accepts Mail" checkbox unmarked. This can cause the integration to unmark the "Send Mail to this Address" checkbox in The Raiser's Edge.

Ensure that your Luminate Online forms have the option to Opt In to Mail to prevent the integration from unmarking the "Send Mail to this Address" checkbox in The Raiser's Edge.
