Some organizations choose to have a test environment set up, with additional databases that can be used for testing. When trying to log in to the test environment, the login page will appear. After entering in supervisor login credentials, an error is displayed that the page cannot be displayed.
Errors from the error logs can read:
Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown. Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server.
If you try logging in and get a generic browser error that the page is unavailable, the customer might have set the site to require SSL on all admin pages. Browse to http://localhost/netcommunity/configuration.aspx and uncheck the "Require SSL for all admin pages" box.
