To get this list, we will need to create a query of students and a query of applicants. Then we'll merge the two queries to get a list of students that do not have an applicant view.

Query of Students:
  1. Create a record query
  2. On the criteria tab, expand Record
  3. Double click on Record type
  4. Set the Operator to equals and the Value to Student
  5. Select the desired output and sort information on the output and sort tabs
  6. Run the query, which will give you a list of all records with a record type of student
  7. Save this query
Query of Applicants:
  1. Create a record query
  2. On the criteria tab, expand Record
  3. Double click on Record type
  4. Set the Operator to equals and the Value to Applicant
  5. Select the desired output and sort information on the output and sort tabs
  6. Run the query, which will give you a list of all records with a record type of applicant
  7. Save this query
Merge the Queries:
  1. From the Query module, go to File, Merge
  2. Enter your query of students in the Query 1 field, using the binoculars to search
  3. Enter your query of applicants in the Query 2 field, using the binoculars to search
  4. Select the Radio button next to Select records included in Query 1, but exclude records included in both queries
  5. Click Merge Now
  6. Enter output fields on the resulting query and run it
  7. This will provide you a list of students without an applicant view
