Within a constituent record search window, there is an option to search by Email address. Even when entering a known email address from a constituent record, the search window is stating 0 records found.
1. In Configuration, Tables, highlight the Table for 'Phone Types' 2. Select and open the type(s) for Email 3. Ensure that the Phone Number Type: is set to 'Email Address'
OR, if it only happens for one email address
1. Delete the email from the constituent record and re-enter it
