Change the regional options on the workstation:

  1. Select Start
  2. Select Control panel
  3. Select Region and Language Options
  4. Select the Formats tab
  5. In the Format drop down, change the selection to English (Canada)
  6. Click the Additional Settings button (bottom right) to customize regional options of numbers, currency, time, and date
  7. Click Apply
  8. Click Ok
NOTE: If Blackbaud hosts your database, you can access regional settings by logging into Hosting Services and selecting Regional Settings from the Applications tab. If the issue persists after updating the regional settings, please contact support and provide this solution ID.
