Creating an administrator record in LCRM will not automatically create an admin record in Luminate Online.  To sync an LCRM administrator record to Luminate Online, the LCRM administrator must make an update to any LCRM contact record:
  1. Create an administrator record in LCRM
  2. Have the new administrator log into LCRM using their newly created administrator record
  3. Search for a contact record that has a Convio ID
  4. Click Edit 
  5. Make a small edit to a field that will sync between LO and LCRM, such as the Suffix or Nickname field
  6. Click Save
  7. Click Edit 
  8. Remove the change that was made
  9. Click Save
As LO must have information about the administrator record that updated the record, LO will automatically create the admin record. Please note that it may take up to 20 minutes for the administrator record to be created within LO.
