The Raiser’s Edge hangs when opening seating from an event record

The size of a Seating chart’s participant list correlates to the time it takes to open. The Raiser’s Edge may hang depending on the size of the participant list is within a Seating chart.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click Record>Events
  2. Search for an event
  3. Open the event record
  4. Click Seating
  5. The Raiser's Edge hangs
