This can be set in the TeamRaiser configurations.
- Select Fundraising > TeamRaiser
- Enter the name of the event
- Click Search
- Click Edit under the Action column
- Click Select Event Options on the left hand navigation pane
- Under Related Actions, click Edit Advanced Options
- Click Define Event Options
- Look to Participant Personal Page Objectionable Content Notification
If that configuration is a different email than that which is getting the notification, or blank, please contact Support and reference this KB article. There may be a global site option that needs to be updated. A support analyst can make this change for you.
