This can be set in the TeamRaiser configurations.

  1. Select Fundraising > TeamRaiser
  2. Enter the name of the event
  3. Click Search
  4. Click Edit under the Action column
  5. Click Select Event Options on the left hand navigation pane
  6. Under Related Actions, click Edit Advanced Options
  7. Click Define Event Options
  8. Look to Participant Personal Page Objectionable Content Notification

If that configuration is a different email than that which is getting the notification, or blank, please contact Support and reference this KB article.  There may be a global site option that needs to be updated. A support analyst can make this change for you.
