This error can occur when the IP address has not been added to the White List.
In Luminate Online Marketing follow these steps:
1. Select Setup > Site Options
2. Click on the ‘Open API Configuration’ tab.
3. Select ‘Edit Server API Configuration’
4. Enter the noted IP address in the ‘Add a new IP Range’. Then select Add New IP Range to list.
5. Click Save.
6. Click Finish
*Note: The username and password is also found on this screen. Make sure these credentials match what is displayed in the Options screen within the Luminate Online Marketing plug-in in The Raiser's Edge.
