1. Go to Data Management > Reports
  2. Click the Report Writer tab
  3. Click Create a New Report
  4. For Report Selection, choose TeamRaiser
  5. Under Available Reports, choose Registrations
  6. Click Next
  7. Add desired fields and columns, and mark the minimum following
    • In the Team Information section, mark Team Name
    • In the Registration Information section, mark Is Team Captain 
    • In the Team Captain Biographical Information section, mark Team Captain First Name and Team Captain Last Name
  8. Click Next, you can rename the columns (optional)
  9. Click Next, you can choose to sort the columns in order (optional)
  10. In Configure Filters:
    • Select Event Settings-> Event -> is selected Value -> Event Name
    • Select Registration -> Registration Status is: -> Status: Active
    • Select Registration -> Is Team Captain -> TRUE
  11. Click Next
  12. Name the report
  13. Click Next
  14. Save and run report
