Blank Yes/No Attribute values export with a value of 'No' when exporting to Excel from an ad-hoc query in WebShell

When working with an ad-hoc query and exporting to Excel, any blank Yes/No attribute values export with a value of 'No'.  This only occurs in WebShell. 
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 


1. Export as a .CSV in WebShell or export from ClickOnce.
