- The organization relationship must exist in the Education Edge. Both the Organization and Individual records must show a relationship and a reciprocal relationship.
- For more information on verifying the relationships are set up properly, refer to How to set up relationships in Education Edge
- The fields within the form must be mapped to the Business fields on the Education Edge record.
- Log in to NetCommunity site
- Click Site Explorer > Forms
- Click pencil icon to edit the Online Reenrollment form
- Click pencil icon for business fields under Available Elements on the left side of the form builder
- Mark the Include Education Edge data checkbox.
- Click Save
- When mapping the fields, and selecting a relationship to map the field set to, you must select the same relationship as in step 1 above, such as Employer.
- Log in to NetCommunity site
- Click Site Explorer > Forms
- Click pencil icon to edit the form
- Click pencil icon for business fields under Available Elements on the left side of the form builder.
- Select Employer, or appropriate relationship that matches the relationship from step 1 from relationship Options box
- Click Add
- Click Save
