In order for the Organization information to populate:
  1. The organization relationship must exist in the Education Edge.  Both the Organization and Individual records must show a relationship and a reciprocal relationship.
  2. The fields within the form must be mapped to the Business fields on the Education Edge record.
    • Log in to NetCommunity site
    • Click Site Explorer > Forms
    • Click pencil icon to edit the Online Reenrollment form
    • Click pencil icon for business fields under Available Elements on the left side of the form builder
    • Mark the Include Education Edge data checkbox.
    • Click Save
  3. When mapping the fields, and selecting a relationship to map the field set to, you must select the same relationship as in step 1 above, such as Employer.
    • Log in to NetCommunity site
    • Click Site Explorer > Forms
    • Click pencil icon to edit the form
    • Click pencil icon for business fields under Available Elements on the left side of the form builder.
    • Select Employer, or appropriate relationship that matches the relationship from step 1 from relationship Options box
    • Click Add
    • Click Save
