To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
  1. Open the affected constituent's record
  2. Select the Relationship tab
  3. Open the Financial Institution relationship
  4. For Account Type, choose either Savings or Checking
  5. Save and close the record
  6. Create EFT file again and resubmit to bank
NOTE: To determine the affected record(s), create a Constituent query with the follow criteria: 
Relationships>Banks>Account Type equals Other 
This will return any records that may be causing the problem.
