If using Microsoft Outlook:
1. Click the link for the Internet Calendar Subscription.
2. If prompted to acknowledge that you are opening a hyperlink, click Yes or Launch Application, depending on your browser.
3. At the prompt, Add this Internet Calendar to Outlook and subscribe to updates, click Yes.
If this does not open automatically for client, follow the steps below to manually add the calendar:

1. In Outlook, go to the Calendar section.
2. On the menu bar, select Open Calendar, then select From Internet.
3. Enter the address of the calendar and select OK.

If using Google Calendar:
1. Inside of Google Calendar, click the down-arrow next to Other calendars
2. Select Add by URL from the menu 
3. Enter the address of the calendar: webcal://icalx.com/public/financialedgesupport/The_Financial_Edge_Support_Calendar_Calendar.ics
4. Click the Add Calendar button. The calendar will appear in the Other Calendars section of the calendar list to the left.
