If your product is not visible in the eCommerce store, then there are 3 possibilities.
  1. The eCommerce product is not published (active).
    1. Navigate to Fundraising > select eCommerce
    2. Find your eCommerce product and click Edit
    3. Navigate to the last step on the left panel, Publish Product
    4. Click Publish Product
  2. The product is sold out.
    1. Navigate to Fundraising > select eCommerce
    2. Find your eCommerce product and click Edit
    3. Navigate to Manage Inventory on the left panel
    4. If option 1 is marked and Quantity Available (under option 3) is 0, then the product is sold out
  3. The product is not selected in the Store settings.
    1. Navigate to Fundraising > select eCommerce
    2. Select the Stores tab
    3. Find your eCommerce Store and click Edit
    4. Navigate to Linked Products on the left panel
    5. Select your product on the left-hand box and click Add >>
    6. Click Save
