Users have the ability to create interactions for constituents and their personal application users that are linked to constituents within CRM. These interactions can have specific dates and times entered that users can then have synced with their Microsoft Outlook calendars via CRMs Exchange Integration. Users on the West coast, in PDT time zone, are finding that their interaction times are being changed upon the integration with Outlook. When entering a time of 10pm they find that this then syncs to Outlook and entered with a time of 7pm which seems to convert it in some manner.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
