It's important that the authorised official is correctly entered into Config > HMRC Submission Settings.
In the event that the HMRC have asked you to re-submit the claim due to this, please follow the steps below:
- Re-enter the correct Authorised Official in Config > HMRC Submission Settings
- Globally Delete the Tax Claim Number on the Gifts
- Run the R68 Report again.
- Submit your claim again.
