The HMRC does not allow applications such as The Raiser's Edge to check if the user entered in Config > HMRC Submission Settings is an Authorised Official.

It's important that the authorised official is correctly entered into Config > HMRC Submission Settings.

In the event that the HMRC have asked you to re-submit the claim due to this, please follow the steps below:
  1. Re-enter the correct Authorised Official in Config > HMRC Submission Settings
  2. Globally Delete the Tax Claim Number on the Gifts
  3. Run the R68 Report again.
  4. Submit your claim again.
