Navigate to the quarantine section:

  1. In the Education Edge, NetCommunity plugin
  2. Under Administration, open the Add Users to NetCommunity plugin
  3. Go to the Status tab
  4. Click View Failed Records
    The initial grid will load
  5. Mark the Include quarantined records checkbox and click Refresh
    This will show the records that have been marked quarantined previously
    There is not a way to just remove the quarantine label, the records must be processed
Use one of the options below to process the quarantined records.

Link the Education Edge record to the existing BBNC account:
  1. Highlight the desired row to process
  2. View the User ID in the NetCommunity Record box
  3. View the Education Edge Record box
  4. Confirm the the account and record listed should be linked
  5. Mark the Link Records checkbox
  6. Unmark the Quarantine checkbox and click Process
    The Education Edge record is now linked to the BBNC account
Link the Education Edge record to a new BBNC account that does not yet exist:

  1. Highlight the desired row to process
  2. Click the Update Education Edge Record... button
  3. Change the User ID and Password on the Education Edge record to reflect the new BBNC account information, Click OK
  4. Confirm that the New User ID and New Password fields contain the correct information
  5. Unmark the Quarantine checkbox and click Process
    The Education Edge record is now linked to a new BBNC account
Link the Education Edge record to a different BBNC that already exists:

  1. Highlight the desired row to process
  2. Click the Update Education Edge Record... button
  3. Change the User ID on the Education Edge record to match the existing BBNC account, Click OK
  4. Confirm that the New User ID field contains the correct information
  5. Unmark the Quarantine checkbox and click Process
    The row will be removed from quarantine and place back in the main section
  6. View the User ID in the NetCommunity Record box
  7. View the Education Edge Record box
  8. Confirm the the account and record listed should be linked
  9. Mark the Link Records checkbox
  10. Click Process
    The Education Edge record is now linked to a different record than the one that caused the original failure
