The donation notification email sent to participant is a system generated email that cannot be edited for a standard or essential Kintera Thon.

The default email is:

You can turn off this email notification by logging in to your Personal Headquarters and editing your profile. Enter your username and password and uncheck the appropriate email update selection box.

Not: If the From email is coming from the correct email address listed, but the name attached to the email is different, this may be because the email address was associated with a different user at a previous time.
