The best way to get the correct information that the constituent input upon purchase is to run an eCommerce Order Details Report:
  1. Navigate to Fundraising, eCommerce, eCommerce Reports tab
  2. Select eCommerce Order Details Report from the drop-down menu, click Go
  3. Choose the store in question and click add
  4. Click Next
  5. Choose your date range
  6. Click Submit Report
This report will give you the Shipping Address that the constituent provided.
