Some participants missing when viewing All in the Participants tab of an Event record

When viewing participants in the Participants tab of an Event record, some or all participants are missing when selecting All.
The missing participants appear when selecting the subcategories of Registrants, Guests, or Sponsors.
The missing participants are originally ;created in the Participants tab after selecting Registrants, Guests, or Sponsors and clicking New Registrant/New Guest/New Sponsor.
The missing participants populate in All; after using Find to open a participant record. For example:
  1. Open Event record
  2. Select Participants Tab
  3. Select Registrants on the left side
  4. Click New Registrant
  5. Enter participant info, save and close. Save and close their registrant record
  6. Select Registrants from the Participants tab - this will show the newly added registrant
  7. Select All. The newly added registrant is missing
  8. Click Find and search for registrant. Open their record, close record
  9. Select All. The missing registrant is now populating
