Capitalization rule is not working for BBIS downloaded record into Enhanced Revenue Batch or BBIS Signup Transaction Batch

When a donation or constituent update/insert is downloaded from BBIS into either Enhanced Revenue Batch or BBIS Signup Transaction Batch then the address Capitalization rule is not triggered for any of the following:

First name

Last name

Address

City

So, for example “raj mohan” should be corrected to “Raj Mohan”.

If you manually enter this data into the Batch or the Constituent Add/Edit, the capitalization rule correctly adjusts the case.

Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.

Environment
