Either the organization record or the individual record who lists this organization as a primary business has multiple addresses marked as Primary addresses on the Addresses tab. Only one address should be able to be marked as primary.

1. Open the organization/individual record
2. Click on the Addresses tab
3. If more than one address has the Primary box marked, mark another address on this tab as Primary, and then remark the correct address as Primary, so that only one Primary box is marked.
If there isn't another address to mark as Primary, create a new blank address, and mark this as the primary address, then remark the correct address as Primary.
