Error: Not Found - when logging into the RE Event Mobile App

When logging into the RE Event Mobile App, users receive the following error: Error: Not Found.


This error can be resolved by changing the auto login on the iPad settings.

1. Open Settings on the iPad.
2. Find the RE Event App listed as an installed app, and select the app.
3. Within the settings for the RE Event App, turn off the auto login.
