Unable to submit AddressFinder data because of error: The specified country could not be found. The country has either been deleted or you do not have rights to view it.

Error occurs immediately when clicking Submit Your Data for AddressFinder in the Data Health Center.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
