How to know which users opened the cash drawer for no sale

Users can click on the No Sale/Open Cash Drawer feature in Sales to pop the cash drawer.  When they do this, they must enter a reason code.  We can query to report on the user and reason code for this no sale.
  1. Go to Analysis > Information Library.
  2. Add an ad-hoc query.  Select the Type Workstation and Source View No Sale/Open Cash Drawer query.  Click Ok.
  3. In the middle pane, select Workstation user, reason, and date opened.  Move these fields into Results fields to display.
  4. Save and run the query.
