Filters do not display on reports in WebShell when using Internet Explorer 11

When attempting to run a report in WebShell when logged in using Internet Explorer 11, a user may notice that the report filters will not display. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Workarounds:

1.  Run the report in ClickOnce
2.  Run the report in another browser such as IE9, Firefox, or Chrome.
