Invalid direct debit transmission file when downloading from ClickOnce / Smart Client

 In the ClickOnce environment, when attempting to pull the transmission file from Generate direct debit files process, the file is only populated with an html error message such as:

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
