1. Go to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
  2. Hover over the event’s name and select Bookkeeping
  3. Under Edit Transactions, click Manage Initiative Records
  4. For Show Me, click Ecommerce
  5. Search for the registrant, or click Show All to display all registrants of the event
  6. Click Edit for the registrant whose purchase status you want to update
  7. Mark the radio button for Registrant Credited
  8. Click Change eCommerce Credit
  9. Enter the First Name or Last Name information and then click Search
  10. Click the name
    • Note: if the Registrant's name contains special characters, you will need to remove the special characters from their Contact Record in order to make the change in credit
  11. Click Save
  12. In the pop up window, confirm that you want to make the change. A page opens that notifies you the credit information has been updated
