Some table entries for the Gift Subtypes table show as "active," however the option to Open or Delete is grayed out within Configuration > Tables. Users are not able to use Table Cleanup tool to delete or replace this table entry.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
1) Go to Configuration 2) Select Tables 3) Highlight the Gift Subtypes table 4) Entries appear as Active and user is unable to delete or open to change specific ones
