Your patrons may encounter the following error when trying to register for a preregistered program event online: 

Error: We cannot process your registration. For more information, please contact us by phone or email
 Your patron will encounter this error if:
  1. They are already registered for the event. If this is the case, the patron does not need to register again and no further action is needed. 
     
  2. If they were registered, then cancelled, then attempted to register for the event again. This issue has been resolved, and users are now able to re-register online. 

You can also change the wording of the error message the patron receives. Here are the steps: 
  1. Go to Web > Manage Event Registration Forms 
  2. Click on the drop down arrows beside your event
  3. Click Options 
  4. Go to the Language Tab
  5. Change the Category to Validation 
  6. Change the Text under Registrant is already registered. 
  7. Save
