If you have verified that the address used in the action alert corresponds to a different district than the action alert actually sent to, it's possible the constituent has a manual override for their district information. To check this:
  1. Go to the constituent's Constituent 360 profile
  2. Scroll down to the "Advocacy Information" section
  3. Check to see if there is data in any field that says "(Manual Override)". If so, this means that an admin has manually set a particular district to "override" the one automatically assigned to the constituent. Whenever these fields are used, they will override the automatic districting assignments for the constituent when they send an action alert.
  4. To fix the issue, simply remove the override by editing that field and removing the entry.
