1. Go to Username > Setup > Manage Users > Users.
  2. Click on the New User button.
  3. Enter all the correct information (name, email, etc.).
  4. Assign the record a system admin profile.
  5. Click Save. 
  6. Click Username > Setup > Installed packages.
  7. Next to the Luminate CRM select the Manage Licenses link and add your new administrator to this list.
