If all the information is syncing over but the participant is not being assigned to a team, this may resolve the issue. 
  1. Search for the team in LCRM.
  2. Select edit layout.
  3. Add Convio Team ID to the page.
  4. Verify that the team id is not the same as the team id in Luminate Online.  If the numbers are different you can insert the team ID from Luminate Online and it should populate the Team Captain.
  5. In Queue Problem Management rebuild/requeue the error and this should cause the error to not repopulate.
If the team does not exist in LCRM, or is different than expected, simply change the name of the team in Luminate Online and rebuild the errors.
