When attempting to commit a batch with a BBIS donation made by a linked BBIS user, the following error message is displayed:


Sometimes when a patch is added and the code changes you need to resave the Batch Template for the Enhanced Revenue Batch. Any batch that was created before resaving the template will not be able to validate or commit if affected.
Please follow these steps - only for BBIS batches:
•         Open the Batch Template for the affected Batch.
•         Make any small changes to the affected Batch Template then Save
•         Once you Save, then delete the affected Transaction Batch from Web > Manage Web Transactions
•         Re-download all the transactions
•         This should now Validate and Commit as expected
